Products

We don't just build systems for clients. We run our own.

Three products, three honest stages, one discipline: software that tells the truth about the work it's doing.

The deliverables

Software running right now.

Everything below is real, working software — described exactly as far along as it is. One live in production, one in active development, one an MVP open to pilots.

Live

MilitaryHousingHub.ca

A live marketplace for Canada's military families.

A live, production SaaS marketplace connecting Canadian Armed Forces families with base-adjacent housing, pet services, and community resources. Built end-to-end: Stripe billing, Supabase/Postgres with row-level security, map-based search — independently operated, zero government affiliation claimed.

In development

Quanfey Expense Intelligence

AI confidence you can see.

Upload or scan an invoice or bank statement. Claude reads it — vendor, dates, totals, tax — and tells you exactly how confident it is on every field. Anything under 80% is flagged for a human before it counts.

MVP

OpsFlowHub

One operational truth per shipment, built on the Jira you already run.

Turn scattered Jira tickets, emails, and attachments into one deterministic view of every shipment: status, evidence, SLA risk, and next action — no black-box AI, fully auditable logic, built on Atlassian Forge.

Why our own products

Every pattern we sell shipped here first.

We prove it on ourselves first

Visible-confidence AI, deterministic operational logic, secure multi-tenant architecture — every pattern we sell to clients shipped in one of these three products before it ever reached a client's system.

Real users, real stakes

MilitaryHousingHub.ca runs live billing and real renter data. QEI extracts real invoices. OpsFlowHub commands a real shipment operation. Nothing here is a demo.

One engineering discipline, three problems

Row-level security, audit trails, CI/CD, and honest stage labeling aren't a pitch deck — they're the same standard across every product, verifiable in the code.

MilitaryHousingHub.ca

Every posting means relocating to an unfamiliar base community: unknown housing, unknown services, and rental transactions between strangers.

Quanfey Expense Intelligence

Most extraction tools hand you values with no way to know which ones to trust. Automation should admit what it isn't sure about.

OpsFlowHub

Your dispatchers don't need another raw issue list. Shipment truth is scattered across emails and Jira fields; POD evidence is disconnected from invoicing; and workflow status can quietly diverge from what actually happened on the ground.

Our signature product

Built for the families who serve this country.

Every posting means relocating to an unfamiliar base community — unknown housing, unknown services, rental transactions between strangers. MilitaryHousingHub.ca exists because Canadian Armed Forces families deserve a real, working starting point, not a forum thread. It's independently operated with no government affiliation — and it's live, today, helping real families land somewhere real.

Questions, answered

Which products can I use today?

MilitaryHousingHub.ca is live in production at militaryhousinghub.ca. QEI is in active development with walkthroughs available. OpsFlowHub is an MVP open to pilot conversations.

Are these three one platform?

No — three independent products, sharing one architecture and one engineering discipline, not one login or one codebase.

Which ones use AI?

QEI uses Anthropic's Claude for document extraction with a visible per-field confidence score. OpsFlowHub is deliberately deterministic — auditable rules, not a model. MilitaryHousingHub's base-anchored search is rule-based.

Why does Quanfey build its own products instead of only doing client work?

Because the patterns we sell — visible-confidence AI, deterministic operational logic, secure multi-tenant platforms — have to survive contact with a real product before we put them in front of a client. Our products are where we prove them first.

Why does MilitaryHousingHub matter to Quanfey?

Because it's the product with the least ambiguous purpose: helping Canadian Armed Forces families land somewhere real when they relocate. It's independently operated with no government affiliation, and it's the clearest example of Quanfey building something because it should exist.
