Privacy Policy

quanfey.ca is an informational marketing site. The only personal information we collect is what you submit through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, organization (optional), the topic you select, and your message.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data for every visitor (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal, security-related web server operation — this is not used to identify you personally or to track you across sites.

We use contact-form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry — for example, to schedule a working session, answer a product question, or follow up on a partnership. We also use basic anti-spam checks (a hidden honeypot field and a minimum time-to-submit check) to filter automated submissions before they reach us.

We use Resend, a third-party email delivery service, to send your message to our inbox. Resend processes the contents of your submission on our behalf and may transmit or store it on servers located outside Canada. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

We retain contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to keep an internal business record of the inquiry — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us — after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Submitting the contact form gives us your consent to reply directly to your inquiry by email. We will not add you to a marketing or newsletter list, or send you promotional email, without your separate, explicit consent, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) — and, where applicable, provincial privacy legislation such as Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector — you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent to our use of it at any time. If you believe we haven’t handled your information properly, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and contact-form submissions are transmitted over TLS. We apply reasonable technical safeguards (including a strict content-security policy and standard security headers) to protect this site and the information submitted through it.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

If how we collect or use information changes — for example, if we add analytics or a new form — we’ll update this page and the date above before that change goes live.
